did one. Seal
did one. However in early 2006 there was one "Crazy," and it was everywhere. You simply couldn't escape Gnarls Barkley
. This however, isn't that song. Not exactly anyway. Violent Femmes
released a cover of the song on June 24, 2008. It was their first newly recorded song since 2000, which wasn't entirely new anyway, just a redone version of "Blister in the Sun
" called "Blister 2000
" for the Grosse Point Blank
soundtrack. Take it as a musical nod to Gnarls Barkley for their cover over the Violent Femmes song "Gone Daddy Gone
."Hmmm ... that gives me and idea for the next post!
